In 2006 and 2007 Nemo was asked by Nike 6.0 to create content designed for the newly launched YouTube platform. With small budgets we created a series of simple, fun, visually compelling content that straddled the line between action sports and creative energy.
Balloon Bowl was filmed for $3,000 and has been reposted dozens of times on YouTube, with over 6 million views. It was awarded viewers’ choice / best sports video by YouTube in 2006.
HogTied features a simple use of green screen to create some mystery around the skills of soon-to-be world champion BMX athlete Garrett Reynolds.
